Return, Refunds & Warranty Policy

If you have any problem with the product you purchase from our us. You can apply to return the product purchased.

Eligible Products

These are the products that are eligible for return

  • Hardware Devices eg: Pods, Mods, OCC, HTPC, Closed Pod System that are faulty and within the warranty period.

Products Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Products that boxes that are opened and is not faulty is not eligible for return warranty

Return Process

Please sent an email to or contact us via Whatsapp if you would like to initiate a return. You can address your return to:

Please package your return carefully to ensure your lenses, glasses, or other optical products purchased are not damaged in route to our warehouse – we cannot issue credit for items damaged in transit to our office.

We recommend your use registered mail, despatch or courier service to ship your return product.

Once your return arrives at one of our warehouses, an Cloudbeast returns specialist will inspect the shipment, normally within 3-5 days of arrival, and a credit will be applied to the payment method used on the original order.

Depending on the situation, a return fee may be charged to cover the cost incurred from any third party services (payment gateway, paypal, molpay) as well as cost to restock the items.
